Comp: $65,000–$90,000 salary (DOE) + full benefits

What you’ll do (own the number)

  • Hit and lift team KPIs: weekly conversion%, tire units, appointments/hour, revenue/hour, show rate, and QA.
  • Coach in the moment: whisper/barge, live call reviews, rapid objection handling, and clear next steps on every call.
  • Train to sell with authority: tire sizing/ratings, brand positioning, BBTA value story, two-option close, and price framing that sticks.
  • Drive speed & accuracy: enforce CRM hygiene, precise quoting, tight dispositions, fast follow-ups/recalls to close.
    Run the floor: queue triage, schedule adherence, daily huddles, role-plays, and end-of-day leaderboard wins.
  • Partner with the field: coordinate with 300+ stores to fill bays, align promos, and remove friction so bookings show and install.
  • Hire & ramp: interview, onboard, and ramp new reps to target in 30–45 days with structured plans and checkpoints.

  • Sales coach first: you can hear a call and, in 60 seconds, turn it into a close with better discovery, value build, and a clean ask.
  • High urgency: you hate idle time, move fast between tabs/tools, and never let warm leads cool.
  • Data-driven & hands-on: you live in dashboards, but you sit shoulder-to-shoulder with reps to change outcomes live.
  • People magnet: high EQ, crisp feedback, celebrates wins, and holds the bar—consistently.

Core KPIs you’ll lead

  • Inbound conversion % (calls → appointments)
  • Tire sales & revenue per staffed hour
  • Appointments per hour (A/H) and AHT/after-call work
    QA scorecard (call flow, value build, close)
  • Show & install rate from your team’s bookings

Day-in-the-life

  • Pre-shift (10 min): targets, promos, objection drill.
    Floor block: side-by-sides, whisper/barge, queue moves; fix deals in real time.
  • 1:1s & skill labs: role-play two options + clear close, price anchoring, callback scripts.
  • Wrap: leaderboard, coach notes, tomorrow’s focus—and celebrate the top 3.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading inbound sales/call center teams (10+ reps; 20+ preferred).
  • Proven lift in conversion, tire/service sales, and revenue/hour through coaching.
  • Fast on computers—CRM/telephony, Google Workspace, multi-tabbing—with accuracy.
  • Automotive background is a plus; not required. We’ll get you fluent in tire categories and brand positionings quickly.
