Compensation - $32-$38 / hr
Location - Moorpark, CA

Responsibilities and Duties may include:

Reconcile bank statements and track daily banking activity.
Prepare account reconciliations including researching and resolving any reconciling items.
Assist with the month-end close process including journal entries and variance analysis.
Assist with financial statement preparation and other financial and statistical data reports, in accordance with GAAP.
Ensures confidentiality of financial data and customer records.
Property Tax reporting, Sales and Use tax reporting.
Assist with preparation of audit supporting schedules for external auditors.
Develops, implements, and monitors systems for general accounting.
Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with an Accounting major
1-3 years accounting experience
Microsoft Excel intermediate level
Great Plains software experience preferred
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
