Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor: $32.50/hr 

What is the job?

• Support the Distribution Manager and assist in overseeing warehouse operations
  • Validate delivery receipts
  • Ensure all products are put away in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse workflow, productivity, and efficiency
• Assist with Training new hires
  • Monitor key performance indicators and assist in training to improve results
  • Perform accuracy audits
  • Work with Service Centers to ensure store compliance
• Maintenance
  • Ensure all equipment have inspections completed as per schedule
  • Work with Vendors to ensure competitive pricing on maintenance and repairs

What will make you a great fit for our team?

• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests and our team members.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Be physically able to lift 70lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
