What You’ll Do

Deliver top-notch customer service that aligns with Big Brand Tire & Service's core values.
Understand customer automotive needs and recommend services that exceed manufacturer recommendations and customer expectations.
Handle sales-related tasks, including creating invoices, managing inventory, and completing paperwork.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and teammates.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

A positive, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Flexible availability to support our customers and team.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 points on your DMV K4 report).

Preferred but Not Required:

Prior customer service or sales experience.
Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
