General Service Technician: Estimated Total Earnings: $18-$25 per hour (Hourly Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Overtime + AMAZING Benefits)

Compensation Details:
• Hourly Base Pay of $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and performance).
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities include: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, and Production Bonuses. Estimated commissions range from $3-$12 more an hour - Based on position, skill level, and production
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
• Average total earnings range from $58,000 - $85,000 per year.

What is the job of a General Service Technician?

Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
Repair tires, perform tire rotations
Mount, dismount, and balance tires
Perform oil changes and install filters
Perform some mechanical services and repairs

Having transferable skills or relative experience, such as food industry experience, manufacturing or production.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services in a timely and efficient manner
Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate with other team members to complete tasks at hand.
Being detail oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
