What You’ll Do as an Automotive Store Manager
- Lead a high-volume automotive service retail location in the Denver metro area with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive store revenue and profitability through strong sales execution, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Execute company processes and sales strategies that have delivered consistent success for over 50 years.
- Hold teams accountable to performance metrics including sales conversion, car count, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead with integrity while maintaining alignment with company values, safety standards, and growth objectives.
- Build bench strength and succession plans to ensure long-term store success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing an automotive service center or high-volume retail automotive operation.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales, profit, and performance goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain buy-in, coach performance, and drive accountability.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
